The cost of your Virtual Assistant depends on their expertise and the specific requirements of the role. You can choose between an hourly rate (20-40 hours per week) or a customized, fixed-rate monthly package.
We’ll discuss all the details during your FREE Success Call, ensuring you get a quote that perfectly fits your needs.
We require a 3-month commitment to make sure your VA is fully integrated and smoothly onboarded into your workflow. If things aren’t working out within the first 30 days, we’ll find someone better suited based on your feedback.
When you become a Moonlight VA Services client, a one-time security deposit fee is required after signing the agreement. Once this deposit is received, we'll kick off the orientation and onboarding for your chosen Virtual Assistant. Payments can be made via Payoneer, credit card, or direct bank transfer.
We’ll send invoices on the 15th and 30th of each month for the service hours your Virtual Assistant has worked.
Your VA will keep you updated with daily or weekly reports, detailing everything they’ve accomplished and any hurdles they’ve faced.
We believe in tracking outcomes, not hours, so you get the results you need without micromanaging.

No need to worry about overtime fees! Additional hours are billed at your regular hourly rate.

The timeline depends on the skills you need.
For a General Virtual Assistant, we usually present a shortlist within 2-7 days.
If you need a Specialist Virtual Assistant, it might take a bit longer—but not too much!
We focus on finding the perfect fit for you.
Once we’ve shortlisted your candidates, we’ll set up an interview via your preferred platform—Skype, Zoom, or another option.
Our Recruitment team will join to ensure you cover all the key points. If none of the candidates feel right, we’ll keep searching until you’re satisfied.

As your business grows and you find more tasks to outsource, we’re ready to recommend more talent from our pool to meet your needs.
If you’re not satisfied with your Virtual Assistant within the first 30 days, just let us know.
We can either keep your current VA in place while we find a replacement, or pause their work immediately while we search for someone new.
You won’t be invoiced for any days after your previous VA’s release, and billing will only resume when your new VA starts working with you.
Our contract has a 3-month binding period. If you need to cancel within these 3 months, both parties will need to review the hours worked and discuss the reasons for termination.
This allows us to explore potential solutions or renegotiate terms if there's a possibility for Moonlight VA Services to address your concerns.
